This exhibition, staged on the rooftop of Josh Smith's Brooklyn studio and viewable online, features new paintings by Smith that depict the empty streets of New York City during the early days of the COVID-19 lockdown. As Smith puts it, "This is a gallery show for a gallery that’s not physically accessible because of our collective isolation." A video walkthrough with the artist accompanies the online viewing experience.

From David Zwirner:

The exhibition follows in a lineage of artist-initiated projects while displaying a unique and deeply personal approach—a kind of creative gesture that embraces the spirit of the present moment.
